Owen is National Advisor to the Arts Council of Wales for Architecture and Regeneration and has been involved in initiating and delivering a number of impactful community projects involving regeneration, energy and sustainable agriculture. Owen uses innovative approaches to stakeholder engagement to deliver positive outcomes, demonstrated recently in a successful programme of public engagement for Natural Resources Wales.
