Venn carries out Feasibility Study for sustainable seaweed management project

Venn worked with Dragonfly Project Delivery Ltd and Salacia Marine Ltd to undertake a detailed feasibility study for Pembrokeshire-based GreenSeas Resources Ltd that looked at the management of seaweed in the Milford Haven waterway. The study explored the nutrient issue in the waterway (caused by run-off from fertiliser use in the region), the potential for Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES), options for seaweed collection, and commercial uses for the seaweed that is collected.
